What is MBCT?
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is designed for those who experience repeated bouts of depression and chronic unhappiness. When mindfulness practices are combined with cognitive therapy, the downward mood spirals you experience can be dramatically reduced. In our work together, I may draw on MBCT interventions and strategies to help you improve your mood, gain self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance your ability to be successful at school or work, and improve your relationships with others.
