I grew up in California and Louisiana, and hold a special place in my heart for Chicago, where I did most of my clinical training. When I am not in the office, I enjoying spending time with my husband, daughter, and two mischievous goldendoodles. We can be found playing around Lady Bird Lake, discovering the latest food trailor, working out at the gym, exploring the outdoors on nature walks and hikes, or trying out new recipes.

In our work together, my mission is to promote your personal growth and development so that you may improve your relationships with yourself, others, and your community. I aim to inform, inspire, support, and empower women and girls. Together, we will work to achieve total wellness by nourishing Mind, Body, Heart, and Relationships.
I received my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University (LSU). I went on to earn my Master's in Counseling: Art Therapy (M.A.) degree and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. I am a Licensed Psychologist in Austin, TX.
